When ordering a domain, allow the registrar module to make suggestions for other domains.

          Add support for domain suggestions

          Description

          When searching for a domain, it's common for registrars to suggest other domains. This helps the customer find a domain they want, and increases sales. In order for us to do this, we will need several tasks:

          1. Update domain registrar modules, to add a method that will implement suggestions. This can only be implemented for domain registrars that have API calls that support domain suggestions.
          2. Update existing registrar modules who's API's support domain suggestions
          3. Update the Order plugin registrar order forms to make use of domain suggestions for registrars that support it.

          One consideration is that we may want to get domain suggestions from only 1 registrar, in which case the domain manager would need to be updated to specify which registrar to use for suggestions. If a suggested domain is chosen, it would still be registered through the registrar module that is set for the TLD.
