Description
Right now custom client fields only apply to primary contacts. These can be set under Settings > Company > Client Options > Custom Client Fields.
We should add another column when creating/editing custom client fields for Contact Type, possibly a multi-select that includes a list of all contact types including "Primary". All existing fields would be set to Primary on upgrade. List Primary as "Primary/Client".
This way, custom client fields can be created for specific contact types in addition to clients. If the fields are set to "Visible to Clients", it should appear in the client area when clients edit or create new contacts in addition to the admin area.
