Description
CORE-4591 added a new transaction column for messages. Stripe Payments should leverage this to set that message with information on why a transaction is declined, errored, or pending. Primarily this will involve updating at least the following methods: validate(), processStoredCc(), processStoredAch(), authorizeStoredCc(), captureStoredCc(), refundTransaction().
