Description
We upgraded CKEditor a while back, and they had removed the Source button so you could no longer edit the HTML directly.. they did this intentionally. Thread here https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/issues/592 We added an HTML Embed option per CORE-4111 as a result
But now, the Source button is back, see the demo here https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/examples/builds-custom/full-featured-editor.html
So, let's add the Source button back, and upgrade CKEditor if necessary. It's still major release 5.
