Partial view loading still broken on subdirectory installations using custom themes

          Description

          To reproduce:

          • Create a Blesta installation in a subdirectory
          • Create a custom client theme by copying the default files into a new 'custom' directory and updating the config.json file
          • Select the new theme under /admin/settings/company/lookandfeel/template/
          • Change client_main_card.pdt in the default theme
          • See the change appear on the client profile even though it should be loading the custom theme file
