Description
It appears that ccTLD pricing is overwritten by the TLD. For example:
.id
.web.id
.id pricing is used for .web.id domain registrations, even if it has a different price.

I was able to reproduce by adding ".web.id" to the generic domains registrar module configuration as a TLD, and adding both .id and .web.id to the domain manager. Doing a domain search for them on the order form shows the same price for both from .id.
However, when testing with .co and .uk.co using different registrars, the prices are shown correctly. It's possible that this issue may only be reproducible if both the TLDs use the same registrar.
