Support Manager: Fatal error on department add/edit with empty port

          Description

          To reproduce:

          1. Add department
          2. Enter details
          3. Update the "Email Handling" field to IMAP
          4. Enter a number in the "Port" field (ex. 110)
          5. Update "Email Handling" to None
          6. Check "Automatically transition ticket status on admin reply"
          7. Save the department
          8. Receive fatal error

            General error: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'port' at row 1.

          This also happens when trying to edit a support department imported from WHMCS that didn't have email configured.
