Description
Add a client dashboard widget action for tickets, to display the widget that currently is show in the interface under Support > Tickets, but leave it disabled by default. Staff should be able to go to Settings > Company > Look and Feel > Layout to enable and sort the widget if desired.
Part of what we want to do is allow staff to customize the client area how they want, either using a widget, or a nav link/page, or both.
NOTE this issue from the domain manager in CORE-4664 The action URLs must not be similar between the support tickets page and the widget, or the status options may not work.
