Description
We should create an automation task for transitioning quote statuses.
1. If a quote is 'pending' and the date_expires is in the past, transition the quote to 'expired'
2. If a quote is 'expired' and the date_expires is default_quotation_dead_days in the past, transition the quote to 'dead'
