Description
Once a month Blesta sends an affiliate report to each affiliate. Some users want to get a BCC of these emails. Normally this would be an option under the Staff Group via ACL permissions, and then they could subscribe to it under "My Info". However, I'm guessing that these BCC notices are for core client email templates only and not those created by plugins.
So, if plugins cannot create these ACL perms, we should add a field under Clients > Affiliates > Settings > General Settings to accept a list (1 per line, or coma separated) of additional addresses to add to BCC for these affiliate reports.
