Description
Sometimes people want to offer one-time config options for monthly (or other term) packages, but we only show matching terms.
Add an option when creating/editing a config option, if "One time" is selected for a pricing term, show a check box that says "Always show". Tooltip "If checked, this one time option will always be available, regardless of the package term."
Then, if checked, show the one time option regardless.
We should also double check that renewals will work properly. One time options should be ignored when invoicing for renewals, since they do not recur.
