Description
If the user has accepted any invitations to manage other accounts, add a sidebar to the client dashboard with a dropdown of those "Managed Accounts". When an account is selected, we should update the session to mark which client is being viewed and display content accordingly (with appropriate permissions applied of course).
At the bottom of the page we should add a banner that tells the user they are managing another account and give them a link to transition back to their own account
