Description
Often times a user forgets to click the affiliate link, or something goes wrong and there is a need to manually assign an order to an affiliate and credit them with the sale. Allow an order to be assigned/linked to an affiliate, and make sure the affiliate is credited for the sale.
We may want to allow an order that is assigned to an affiliate to also be able to be switched to another affiliate.
