Description
We want to be able to investigate in the event that it is suspected some shenanigans went on with permission granting (e.g. someone found a loophole and granted themselves elevated permissions somehow). To this end, let's log to the info file when a contact or account manager is added/updated stating which permissions were granted and by whom.
