Description
This appears to have been an issue for a long time. At some point we started sending invoices and payment reminders to billing contacts, but when a payment is submitted the billing contacts don't get the email receipt for it, so the client has to forward it along to the right person.
Instead, payment received emails should go to the same people who would get a copy of an invoice or a payment reminder. All billing contacts should receive a copy of payment receipt emails, if sent.
