2Checkout removed the image we were using for the checkout button at https://www.2checkout.com/upload/images/paymentlogoshorizontal.png
Update /views/default/process.pdt to use a new payment button.
I could not quickly find a button we can use, will update if I find one. Alternatively we can find the original and load it locally.
