Internet.bs: Name Server error when transferring domain

          Description

          When placing an order for a domain via transfer, after entering an EPP Code, the following error is returned:

          Invalid Name Server 1
          Invalid Name Server 2
          Invalid Name Server 3
          Invalid Name Server 4
          Invalid Name Server 5

          It is not possible to complete the order.

          To reproduce:

          • Install internet.bs module
          • Create a TLD with price set for 1 year new/renew/transfer (.uk used in testing)
          • Visit order form, enter blesta.uk and click Transfer
          • On next step, enter anything in the EPP Code field (entered abc123)
          • Continue to next step to see error.
