Description
When managing an addon service, it's not clear who the parent is. Consider this case:
1. Addon service is invoiced and we want to know who the parent is.
2. We edit the invoice and click the cog/gear icon and are taken to manage the addon service.
3. We still have no idea who the parent is.
There might be a better way to do this, but I think we should include the information in the Service Information section to make it clear that this is a child service and link to the parent.
Under "Renewal Price", in the Service Information section add text:
Child service of [Package Name] - [label].
Use the Package name of the parent service, and it's label if it has one. Link "Package Name - Label" to the management page for the parent.
