Description
Admins should be able to set any values for any config option, even ones that are disabled by config options, but that could actually make things really inconvenient with a cluttered interface so we may want to do this as a different mode or even different page that allows full control. It would be nice if that interface still gave some indication of what options are valid in the normal sense, but it's not a must.
