Description
It's not possible to remove login for a contact, then re-add it. Error is received:
Invalid user ID.
To reproduce:
1. Create a contact, set a login (user/pass with permissions)
2. Edit the contact, uncheck "Enable Login" and save.
3. Edit the contact again, check "Enable Login" and fill in a username and password.
4. Save.
5. See error "Invalid user ID.". No login is created
