Support Manager: Insert pre-defined replies above signature

          Description

          Can we detect where the cursor was when we add a pre-defined reply? If so, we should insert a pre-defined reply where the cursor was.

          If not, we should insert the pre-defined reply above the signature, if there is a signature. The issue is if you have a signature, pre-defined responses are currently inserted AFTER the signature, which is annoying.
