      Description

      Add a new report, called "Clients with Credits"

      Only options to consider:
      Client Status (All, Active, Inactive, Fraud)
      Currency

      Generate a report with the following fields including ONLY clients that have a credit (Unapplied Transactions).

      Client ID, First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Credits, Currency

      "Credits" will be the sum total of all the client's credits. Clients with no credits should not be included. This will be useful for finding clients that have unused credits, and the total amount of their unused credits.
