Order: Clients cannot order with 2FA enabled

          Description

          To reproduce.

          1. Create a client account.
          2. Login as client, set up 2FA
          3. Log out and visit an order form
          4. When prompted, log in during checkout
          5. Note that nothing happens, you aren't logged in and you can't proceed.

          It seems like the order plugin just doesn't know how to handle accounts with 2FA, it should prompt the user for their token, just like when they log into the client area.
