Description
If email verification is enabled under the client group, if "Enable Email Verification" is checked the client is sent a link by email to verify their email address. However, if staff mark the client as inactive or fraud after receiving an order but before the client verifies their email, they can still verify their email.
Instead, email verification should return an error if the client status is not Active at the time they click the link.
"Your email address could not be verified because your account is not active."
