Description
We added the ability to create HTML templates in CORE-67, but we do not have any templates.
Create a template using the following code. The code is inlined, but in the documentation we have both the original and inlined version, as we'd suggest people making changes to it do so in the full version and then inline it through a utility. More on that here: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Customizing+Emails#CustomizingEmails-HTMLEmails
See attached converted.html for creating the HTML template. Call it "Default".
We are not going to force any email templates to use this HTML template at this time, so it will only be used if enabled.
