Description
Use case. Some want to prevent certain clients from receiving any emails. The obvious solution is to piggy back on the Blacklist feature. However, staff may want to deny certain emails from signing up, but manually add them as staff and in that case they should get emails just not be able to register new accounts, etc.
So, under Tools > Blacklist. If "Email Address" is selected for type, and a checkbox above the rule that says: Applies to outgoing email also.
When sending any email out, check to see if there is a matching rule with this option selected. If there is, do not send the email. If possible, log to the info log so that there is a record of the attempt.
