Description
To reproduce:
1. Create a quote, holding shift+enter when entering a description so that there are at least 2 lines and the field converts from a text field to a textarea field.
2. Save as Draft
3. Go back and Edit the Draft, click "Add" to add a new line item. Note that the line item is not added.
I don't know if new line items can't be added because of the new line character in the 1st, or if they can't be added because the field is now a textarea, but I suspect it's one of those 2 causes.
