Domain Manager: Domain expiry emails may display the incorrect expiration date

          Description

          The Domain Manager sends out notices per ICANN rules. The timing is configurable under Packages > Domain Options: Configuration, Notifications tab.

          The email templates: Domain Expiration Notice, Domain Expiration Reminder 1, Domain Expiration Reminder 2.

          If the domain is invoiced prior to the notice going out, the wrong date is shown. It appears that it is showing the internal renew date, when it should be showing the domain's actual expiration date.
