Description
CORE-5353 was supposed to resolve this and it did partially. To reproduce, do the following:
1. Create 3 invoices, 2 with tax, 1 without tax with a single line item in each.
2. Select 1 with tax and one without tax and merge it into 1 with tax.
Note that the invoices are merged but instead of 2 line items having tax, only 1 has tax.
