Description
For an admin to access domain management tabs rendered by the module, they have to click "Manage" next to a domain, then the "Edit Service" button before they can see the tabs.
Eventually we'd like to remove this "Edit Service" button, once we can do everything from the Domain Manage page.
Add all the module management tabs rendered by the module for the domain registrar to the domain "Manage" section, which will remove the extra step of editing as a service to access them.
