Support Manager: Force Import button does not actually import emails

          Description

          The "Force Import" button does not appear to work correctly in testing.

          PHP 8.3
          Using IMAP port 993
          Security: SSL

          When configured correctly the cron will import emails just fine. However, the "Force Import" button will login to the IMAP server and mark the message as read, but not actually create a ticket from it.
