Description
When adding some international TLDs to Blesta, the pricing modal does not load properly.
To reproduce:
1. Modify Generic Domains, adding to ~/components/modules/generic_domains/config/generic_domains.php the following TLD. (Note, copy the TLD from this link, as the characters cannot be included in Jira https://letsdomains.com/domain-database/xn--qxam)
2. Add the TLD under Packages > Domain Options
3. Click "Edit" next to the TLD.
Note that the modal does not load fully, but it does output most of the code via AJAX.
