Description
These two concepts are similar enough that we should merge them for a cleaner interface. Create a new tab under the Service Queue page labeled "Changes" who's content will be identical to that of the current Service Changes widget.
Note on the current service changes widget. It shows the cancel option for changes that are already cancelled.
