Description
To reproduce:
1. Set a price in all currencies for a TLD
2. Add a domain as an admin
3. Note that the 1st item in the dropdown is selected, which may not be the correct currency
In this example, AUD is selected when USD should be selected. If it exists, we should default to the shortest term in the matching currency, unless there are no matching currencies.
