Nominet: When doing a transfer as an admin, the transfer button is disabled

          Description

          To reproduce:

          • Install Nominet and enable .co.uk and/or .uk
          • Under a client profile, click to add a domain [+]
          • Enter a domain that's already registered like domain.co.uk and click Transfer
          • Note that the domain status is "Unavailable" but the Transfer button is disabled.

          I assume this is Nominet related as the Transfer button is not disabled when testing some other modules.

            // Nominet transfers operates as “push” transfers requested by the current registrar,
