Order: Expired recurring coupon will show a recurring discount

          Description

          I think this may be related to the Order plugin, but it may not be.

          To reproduce:
          1. Create a coupon with a start and end date in the past that is recurring
          2. Place an order on an order form and enter the coupon
          3. Note that it is applied successfully. The total due today remains the same (correct) but the Total When Renewing price shows the recurring discount (incorrect.
