CMS: Default URI shared between multiple companies

          Description

          To reproduce:

          1. Have at least 2 companies under Settings > System > Companies
          2. Visit Tools > CMS and make a change to the "/" URI
          3. Switch to the other company, notice that your change is present.
          4. Confirm by going to the portal page for each company hostname, it loads the same content in both companies.
