Description
CORE-5344 introduced internationalization of date month names in Blesta, it works throughout most of the interface (Though there is a potential related bug in CORE-5669) but it does not render the right language in invoice PDFs (and presumably quotes).
To reproduce:
- Set language to something like Spanish
- Observe that month names are now in Spanish
- View a PDF invoice, note that the month names are in English
