      Description

When a service is ordered it might not be activated the same day, however the renew date is based on the date that the "in-review" or "pending" service is created. It should be the date it's activated + the term.

One possible issue with this would be changing the status of a service any other time. If the service is suspended, and the unsuspended it has become active again.. but the renew date should not be changed.

I believe the reasoning on this one was to make it so that services renew on the basis of when a service was first activated, rather than when it was first ordered.

A dedicated server may take a few days to provision, so it should next renew on the basis of this.
