          Description

          Convert the client area to responsive bootstrap with the provided markup.

          Will also need to convert all plugins, and modules to use the new markup. A sub-task should be created for each of these.

            -DONE – Everything in theme.css should be in styles.css to maintain the default color scheme should the theme be deleted/unavailable for any reason.
            -DONE – Delete css/css3.css after updating all plugins. This file contains some ticket/order plugin css. Once that is copied over, we don't need this file since everything is in styles.css.

            -DONE – Remove the following language definitions:
            -AppController.client_structure.text_login
            -ClientMain.myinfo.actions_title
            -ClientMain.myinfo.actionlink_openticket
            -ClientMain.myinfo.actionlink_addcontact
            -ClientMain.myinfo.actionlink_addaccount
            -ClientMain.myinfo.actionlink_makepayment
            -ClientServices.manage.heading_service
            -ClientServices.manage.text_package_name
            -ClientServices.manage.text_quantity
            -ClientServices.manage.text_date_added
            -ClientServices.manage.cancel_service
