Description
A setting should be created that limits the length of time a client has to re-open a closed ticket. e.g. between 1 and 90 days
I'm thinking this setting should be for the entire support system. Currently, there are no support settings, and no page where settings could be set. We should probably discuss how settings should work before adding this one.
