Support Manager: Add time limit setting for reopening closed tickets

      Description

      A setting should be created that limits the length of time a client has to re-open a closed ticket. e.g. between 1 and 90 days

        Why do we want to limit the length of time a client can view a closed ticket? In most systems, tickets are always viewable as they may contain useful information.

        I think this was your idea intended to allow an admin to set how long clients have to re-open an old closed ticket.

        Ok, the time limit should apply to re-opening closed tickets only. All tickets, regardless of age should be viewable.

        I'm thinking this setting should be for the entire support system. Currently, there are no support settings, and no page where settings could be set. We should probably discuss how settings should work before adding this one.
