          Description

          Public pages should have a link to log into the client interface when not logged in.

          This task should add a new link drop-down menu, pulled-right, within the header bar that offers two options:

          Account

          • Home
          • Log In

          Home Links to the portal
          Log In Links to the client log in page

              Requires that the nav bar section appear when not logged in as setting a nav within the title section is not possible (bootstrap limitation).
