Display client nav on unauthenticated pages

          Description

          Display the client navigation on unauthenticated pages. The navigation should appear differently however for unauthenticated clients, omitting the following links:

          • Dashboard
          • Payment Accounts
          • Contacts

          Nav links should be

          • Home
          • (Plugin Client Nav links)
          • Login (on right)
