Description
This setting would go under client groups, and there would be a checkbox for every optional client field. Optional client fields are fields which are not required by the system. By default, all of these fields would be checked, and unchecking a field would remove it from any order pages and the client area. All fields will remain visible to staff.

- First Name
- Last Name
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Country
- etc...

This has been simplified to only affect the tax_id setting. A new company setting and client group setting will be created as a toggle for whether the tax ID should be shown to clients. The client interface will only display the tax ID field if this value is true (by default it is true).

One of the optional fields is obviously the Tax ID.
