TheSSLStore: AJAX Order template loading overlay may become opaque

          Description

          Affects AJAX Wizard and Boxes.

          Modules can refresh service fields to reload them based on changes. For example, VPS.NET, GoGetSSL, and TheSSLStore modules re-fetch fields.

          However, when the fields are fetched, an ajax loading bar appears and a translucent overlay is added. This translucent overlay becomes more opaque if you refresh the fields more than once, until eventually the overlay is solid white.

          Either the overlay is becoming more opaque, or multiple overlays are added on top of each other.
