Day/Week service periods have no renew date if pro rata is enabled

      Description

      When a service is added for a day or week period, and pro rata is enabled for the service, no renew date is set.

      The normal renew date should be set, and should not be prorated. Only month/year terms are prorated.

      When clients upgrade from one of these packages to a different package, no service renew date is set either.
