          Description

          See AdminMain::getGraphBetween from the Billing Overview plugin.

          The end date calculated for the month range may be calculated a month later in some timezones (e.g. UTC+7)

          Instead of a range from 2014-01-01 00:00:00 to 2014-01-31 23:59:59, an end date of 2014-02-28 23:59:59 may be encountered instead.
