Description
When viewing or replying to a ticket as an admin, there is no indicator when a client replies and often times a client may reply with additional details while the admin is composing a response.
So, I think we should automatically check for new updates and load them below, in descending order as we do now.. such that new updates will appear automatically below the Add Reply section.
It may make sense instead to show a single highlighted section with a simple message and a link instead though, so it'll be clear that a new response or responses are available. It could say something like:
There are new replies or status changes. Click to display.
And clicking on that will load them in that section, removing the message section. It will not refresh the page, so if the admin is composing a response, the response will not be lost.
