Description
When responding to a ticket as an admin, a message will frequently pop up at the bottom of the screen to indicate that there are new replies to the ticket. The problem is that the new reply is from yourself and not another user. The message only appears briefly, because after the ticket is submitted you are redirected to the Ticket Overview, so the message appears in this short window.
I can think of a couple possible solutions:
- Ignore replies made from yourself.. ie don't display the alert if any new replies are from yourself only. or
- Ignore or disable any new replies and don't show the message if the submit button has already been pressed.
To reproduce, reply to tickets as an admin. In my own testing, the message appears at least 25% of the time.
